Regular priced online purchases may be returned in-store or mailed back to us using the step-by-step instructions below.

Regular Priced Merchandise

Within 21 days of the shipping date items may be exchanged or refunded to the original method of payment.
After 21 days of the shipping date we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Sale Merchandise

Within 21 days of the shipping date items may be exchanged, or a merchandise credit will be issued.
Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for discounted items.

Return & Exchange Details

For all returns and exchanges, items must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
All original tags must be attached and a valid receipt must be provided.
Please note that bodysuits, swimwear, earrings, socks, and all intimate bottoms are final sale.
Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.
All returned items that were purchased using a gift certificate will be refunded as a merchandise credit.
Shipping charges for returns are at the expense of the customer.

If you received a gift you would like to exchange please contact us for help.
Please have the order number or the original purchaser's name on hand.
The item(s) may be exchanged or a merchandise credit will be provided within 21 days of shipping/in-store purchase date.

Online Return Refund & Processing

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment with shipping fees deducted.
For all returned items that were purchased using a gift certificate a merchandise credit will be issued.
All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.

Shipping

Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes.
When checking out, sales tax will be calculated on the total value of merchandise and shipping charges.
All charges will be displayed on your Order Summary page.
Purchases using gift cards will be charged applicable taxes.
